We treat a broad range of medical services on a day-to-day basis. These services include treatment for colds, sore throats, earaches, annual physical exams for all age groups, vaccinations, and much more. We are fully equipped to treat all minor medical non-emergencies on a walk-in basis. These emergencies include sprains, lacerations, small burns, infections, and more.

Foothill’s Oral Health Center

Our Dental Services department has recently opened its brand new facility at 2380 Montpelier Dr. Suite 200. This dental clinic is a shared medical/dental facility, which makes it convenient for all our patient’s healthcare needs. Foothill’s Counseling Services Department

Foothill Community Health Center is dedicated to providing a safe and confidential space for patients to obtain support through the difficult transitions and challenges in life. It is our goal to offer compassion, education and resource referrals that will cultivate and promote healthy lifestyles of individuals and families in our community.

 

 

 

No Appointment Necessary

We encourage appointments, but all services are available on a walk-in basis. We appreciate that your time is valuable. Our facility is designed to see patients promptly. We can also schedule most appointments at times of maximum convenience to the patient.

Insurance Programs Available

Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, CHDP (Child Health Program), Cancer Detection Program, E.A.P.C. (Early Access to Primary Care), many private insurance plans and sliding fee scale programs. Eligibility can be done onsite at the clinic for some of these programs.
